Our licensed Texas notary offers in-person and remote online notarization, and we assist with apostille processing for documents you need to use abroad.

How much do your services cost?
Our professional fees are listed in our fee schedule. Personal tax preparation starts at $199 and business tax preparation for established businesses starts at $350. Business returns for new companies filing for the first time are reviewed and quoted, and services marked “By quote” are priced after a short review. Government fees are separate, and we tell you the amount before anything is filed.
Are government and agency fees included?
No. Our quote covers our professional services. State, county, city, TABC, TCEQ, filing, inspection, fingerprint, bond and course fees are separate, and we tell you the amount before anything is filed.
Can you guarantee my license or permit will be approved?
No one can guarantee a government decision. We prepare complete applications, submit them, and follow up with the agency on your behalf — and we keep you updated in your client portal at every step.
Can you help if I am buying an existing store?
Yes. Change of ownership is one of our most common requests — health permit transfer, sales tax permit, TABC, tobacco, lottery, EBT/SNAP and the certificate of occupancy for the new owner.
I received a letter from the state or IRS. Can you help?
Yes. Send us the letter securely and we will help you understand what it asks for, the deadline, and your options. We help with filings and paperwork; for legal questions we recommend speaking with an attorney.
How do I send my documents safely?
Use the upload on this site or your client portal. Files travel over an encrypted connection, are stored encrypted on our server and are only visible to you and our office. Please avoid sending tax or ID documents by regular email or messaging apps.
Are your translations official?
Every certified translation comes with a signed certificate of accuracy stating the translation is complete and correct — the format USCIS and most U.S. agencies, courts and schools ask for. If your receiving office specifically asks for a notarized translation, tell us and we will include it in your quote.
Do you provide legal advice?
No. Ahmadi Financial Group Inc is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. We provide accounting, tax preparation, filing and document-preparation services.
